Day 16 on Belly-Fat CureBreakfast> eggs w/ ham & cheese, coffee (s/c=0/0)
Snacks> 1 slice Ezekial toast w/ peanut butter (s/c=3/2)
Lunch> 2 slices hot turkey, 2Tbsp mashed potatoes and two bites carrots (s/c=5/2)
Supper> homemade meatballs & marinara, <1/2c farfalle pasta, cheese, <1/4c broccoli (s/c=4/2)
