Weighed myself this afternoon. I made it to under 200, even though it was only by one pound. 199! I'd love to make it down to 160 some day...
Lunch> chicken fillet, cottage cheese (s/c=1/1)
Snacks> 1 mini sugar-free Reese's cup & 1 mini sugar-free York pattie, pistachios (s/c=2/2)
Supper> 1/4c brown rice, 1/2c stir-fried veggies, cottage cheese (s/c=4/2)Total s/c for today - 11/6
