Lunch> Culvers double deluxe burger w/no bun, SoBe Lifewater (s/c=2/1)
Supper> Low-carb chicken caprese (s/c=4/2)
Total s/c for today - 12/4
For the chicken caprese I roughly followed this recipe:

I used panko crumbs in place of her baking mix and altered a few other things. But it was fairly close. It was pretty good and I will likely make it again some time.
