Skipped lunch as breakfast was late. I assigned 2 carb servings to the popcorn as I'm fairly certain I ate twice as much as I should have, ha ha... I'm hoping that I figured the lasagna accurately enough, it's hard for me to figure out with recipes that combine so many ingredients and when I don't use the suggested amounts or cut into the suggested number of servings.
