For the chicken noodle soup I used orzo pasta (not low-carb) and had maybe 1-2 tablespoons in my soup bowl. I counted it as a full carb serving to be on the safe side.
I love, love, love those little sugarfree Hershey caramel filled bars! They're perfect for keeping candy cravings at bay.
However, not so perfect that it's killing my hankering for an apple crisp. I'll be cheating tomorrow... Plan to pop an apple crisp in the oven right away in the morning.
