Day 10 Belly-Fat Cure

Yipee!  This morning I weighed 201. It's been awhile since I've been under the 200 mark... Not much longer, hopefully!

Breakfast> scrambled eggs, 1/2c strawberries, tea (s/c=4/1)
Lunch> 1c vegetable beef soup, 1/2 turkey&cheese sandwich on Ezekial bread, pickles (s/c=3/2)
Snacks> string cheese, 1 pc Best Brownies Remake, 24 almonds (s/c=1/1)
Supper> 1/2c strawberries, roasted chicken, 1/2c Bob Evans Sour Cream 'n Chive potatoes, mozzarella & tomato slice (s/c=5/2)
Total s/c for today - 13/6
