Snacks> 1 mini sugar-free York pattie, 2 mini sugar-free Reese's cup (s/c=0/2)
Supper> battered fish, fries, cottage cheese & 1/4c diced pear (s/c=12/4)

I was adventurous and tried something new for breakfast. I used a recipe from the book as a basis. I added no additional sweetener as the teas have some natural sweetness as does the protein powder.
Vanilla Chai Shake
2 tea bags (I used a rooibus vanilla tea and a rooibus coconut chai tea.)
1/2c boiling water
1/4c heavy cream
1 scoop Jay Robb vanilla whey protein powder
*Heat water to a boil, pour over tea bags and let steep 5mns. Gently squeeze tea bags when removing. Cover and refrigerate until cool or place in refrigerator overnight. Once tea has chilled, add to the other ingredients in the blender. Whir until smooth and creamy.
