Snacks> less than 1/4c raw almonds, spearmint tea, 1 square dark choc. (s/c=3/1)
Supper> 1/4c jasmine rice, shrimp stir-fry (s/c=4/2)
Total s/c for today - 13/5
I used the Teriyaki Dressing recipe from page 215 of The Belly Fat Cure book for my stir-fry sauce. Otherwise I didn't really follow much of a recipe. Frozen veggies were 5g sugar and 9g carbs for a 1c serving, which I think I had about half of. Shrimp are counted as a 0/0, my rice was a 0/1.
