Supper> 2pc chicken & 1/4c mashed potatoes, Pepsi Zero Max (s/c=0/1)
Total s/c for today - 4/4
Well here's a bummer... I didn't know the difference between diet Pepsi and the Zero Pepsi as I don't drink pop often, colas just about never. Now that I'm home and looked it up I found that Zero is made using aspartame, too. I had been hoping that maybe it was with Truvia or something similar. I should've known better. I guess I'll just have to stick with water when out and about still. Grr.
