Another week down...

Sun, Oct.7
Cheat day.  The day started out well and was all good until supper at J's mom's.  Regular pasta lasagna and sweet coleslaw, as well as garlic bread.  Oh.  Somehow about a dozen lime flavored Tootsie midges made it into my belly.

Mon, Oct.8
B> 1 Ezekiel toast w/pb, four strawberries, coffee w/creamer
L> chicken wild rice soup, cottage cheese w/1 peach segment, pickles
S> chili w/cheese, sour cream & onion, 2 soda crackers, about 1T tuna & egg salad, 6 grapes
Snacks> sf hot chocolate, tiny apple w/pb

Tues, Oct.9
B> scrambled eggs w/spinach, Spam, last 3 strawberries, 1 Ezekiel toast w/butter & jam, coffee w/creamer
L> taco salad, cottage cheese, 1 peach segment, pickles
S> BLT using 2 Ezekiel w/avocado, pickles, 4 grapes & 2 bites apple
Snacks> 1 sf mini york pattie, handful peanuts, hot tea

Wed, Oct.10
B> scrambled eggs w/bacon&spam bits, last low-carb zucchini banana muffin, coffee w/creamer
L> taco salad, cottage cheese, 1 peach segment, pickles
S> bunless burger & fries (ate twice as many as allowed...)
Snacks> sf cappuccino, handful peanuts, low-carb ice cream

Thurs, Oct.11
B> 2 Ezekiel w/pb, coffee w/creamer
L> little salad topped with cheese & sloppy joe, cottage cheese, pickles
S> pork roast, three bite-size potato chunks w/gravy, "volunteer" squash (cross between spaghetti & acorn seems)
Snacks> low-carb ice cream, handful peanuts

Dad went for 5th chemo round.

Fri, Oct.12
B> scrambled eggs w/spam & spinach, 1 Ezekiel toast w/butter & jam, coffee w/creamer
L> 2 cold plain chicken fillets
S> bunless burger, cheese curds (not lots but shouldn't have had as they had a breading)
Snacks> handful peanuts, 2 low-carb macadamia & chocolate chip bars

Sat, Oct.13
B> 1 Ezekiel toast w/pb, coffee w/creamer
L> 2 chicken strips, 1/4-1/2c mashed potatoes w/gravy (ate from a deli)
S> salami/cheese/nuts/fruit plate
Snacks> 1 sf mini york, hot tea

Sun, Oct.14
B> scrambled eggs w/cheese & salsa, 1 Ezekiel w/butter & jam, 1/2 small pear, coffee w/creamer
L> few slices salami, cheese and apple
S> 1/4c rice, stir-fry, few pear slices, cottage cheese
Snacks> 1 sf mini york, 2 low-carb macadamia & chocolate chip bars, low-carb ice cream

Just noticed that my counter has reset to zero!  What the heck?!?  I made my way to some sort of help forum and discovered that this happened this evening to a whole lot of others, too.  So I will see what tomorrow brings.  And to think I almost made it to 5000 pageviews! Argh.
