I've had this page that I tore out of a magazine and scanned for a little while now. Must've forgot it was there. Thought I'd post it before I delete the image. The quip I'm referring to is to the right in the image.
I got to wondering what study this was based on anyway? While this may be slightly true for those who would typically eat a sugary cereal alone for breakfast or a banana, from experience we can say we know better, right?
